I know there are a few people who are atheist or who are part of the gay community who follow my blog. First off I would like to thank each of you for taking the time to read some of my articles.
I truly believe in treating each other respectfully and without judgment and condemnation. I do not see why anyone feels the need to separate themselves just because we think differently.
If any of you would like to post about yourself and a little bit about your way of life I would be glad for you to do so. So much of the time all we see is the label that is placed on individuals and we forget there are human beings behind those labels who really are not any different than anyone else.
Unfortunately many christian people have preconceived ideas of atheists and the gay community, so hearing the facts from each group may be a help in understanding and acceptance.
I think the best way to understand different views of thought is to hear from each other and get to know a little about the person behind the label.
Feel free to visit our page by clicking on the following link and tell us a little about yourself
Hi rawgod, thanks for writing. I apologize for misunderstanding what you were talking about in regard to universal inclusive. You are right, I had not heard of that before, although I do agree the part of the universe and the possibility of life or some type of life out there. Since I believe in God, I also believe God could make life anywhere and He would love that life just as much as He does us. I also appreciate your kind words about the aura my words give off and the certain something that makes you able to call me brother…that just makes me feel good. I appreciate that. For me, I do believe we are all a family created by God. I know not everyone agrees and just because we all are a family does not mean we will agree with each other, but we certainly can respect and accept one another. Also in regard to mentioning God I personally believe God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit are all a form of God, so when I speak of one I am speaking of God. So many of us christian people get the idea of three separate people in the God-head, but God is spirit and I think the idea of a super-human man sitting up in heaven is not at all like God. For me I think a lot of people relate more to Jesus because he was God in a form we could understand. He came to show us that God is love and accepts us. Many times when non-christian people hear of God they think of some angry revengeful being ready to zap them for their sins. Anyway, I hope that makes a little sense as to why I use Jesus more than God. And please do not worry about the misunderstanding on the articles being written by me. No problem. Thanks again for writing and posting your thoughts.

Hello, DWR
To begin, I would like to answer your email: “As far as universalism, I am not totally sure about that. I see the possibility but I am not ready to say yes I am a universalist. I do believe God loves all people but to say everyone is saved I am not sure.”
The words universalism and universalist are not parts of my spiritual atheist vocabulary. When I talk about “universal inclusive,” I am talking the ‘universe, the container of galaxies, which contain planetary systems. which contain planets, any of which can contain life, whether humans would recognize it as life or not.” I know this is probably not in your religious vocabulary, Christianity being an earthbound religious lifestyle, practised only by humans. but this is an idea that has probably never crossed your mind (my apologies if it has). In my spirituality all life, no matter where it is, what it is, and how it believes (if it can believe). For me, if it lives, it is part of life, and deserves my trust and respect. Again, an idea that has probably never crossed your mind. But when I said that you have one foot in the third state of spirituality, I am talking about the the aura that your words give off, the positive energy, the desire to accept and be accepted by everyone. It just happens that my “everyone” includes a lot more living beings than your “everyone.” Including you in this state, despite that your other foot is in the first state of spirituality, is about the biggest compliment I can give a person. You might not say the words, you might not have the ideas, but you have a certain something about you that makes me able to call you brother, this time in your words, because for me all life is one big family already. I hope that clears things up a little.
Now I have a question about your writings, and I mean it only as a question, nothing derogatory, or offensive, or anything in any way negative. You are a Christian, I understand that. Most of everything you say comes from Christ or Christianity. My problem is that you hardly ever say “God,” and “He” is the real centre of any biblical religion, including Catholics, Protestants, Muslims, and Jews, to mention the four largest religions that worship the “One True God.” Why is it that you focus more on Christ than on God? (As I said, this is just a simple question, however simple or complex your answer may be. I am looking for information, nothing more.)
Thank you for being you,
rawgod
P.S. The reason I thought you were sharing articles from magazines or whatever was the list of places you post your writings. I missed the first part where you say written by you.
My sincerest apologies.
